The Vio system is a computerized three-dimensional video display system for use in surgical applications. The system is designed to replace optical microscopes in the operating room. It provides a head-up display to reduce the strain experienced by the surgeon during long procedures. The digital imaging technology allows for superimposed medical data over the image.
